PENZONE Salon + Spa Polaris

I haven’t had my hair touched in about 10-11 months. With a lot of digging I was able to find Aldina at Penzone. Let me just say she is amazing. From her vibe to her work ethic I was able to leave Penzone with a completely new look and a friend! She was extremely thorough as I literally showed her a few pictures of what I was aiming for and she made it happen. If you’re looking for quality work, professional atmosphere and overall a good time go stop and see her. You will come out feeling like a new, refreshed woman. I will only be going to her after my experience! If I could give her a million stars I would. ❤️ Thank you Aldina, you’re a powerhouse of a woman!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever received in any hair salon in the world. I had hair dye sit in my hair for just about an hour as my stylist was doing foils on another customer and didn’t think to get a colleague to wash my hair or let me know she didn’t forget about me. I had to go and find her myself and was told that it didn’t matter how long the colour stayed in my hair… Instead of apologizing she wanted to argue! No consideration for my time either as I had booked an hour appointment- not a full day of sitting with chemicals burning my scalp. When she finally got to me, she didn’t let the toner sit long enough and said she would offer her service for free. Instead the front desk offered me a 20% discount… and when I asked for a receipt the salon added a haircut charge!!!! 😂 Zero customer service, zero respect. When you’re at fault, can’t manage your time and then try to charge me for a service I never received- unacceptable. My roots are now super dark and I didn’t get a proper toner treatment. And I ended paying for this lol! You’ve lost a customer. Do better and train your staff. Because I have class, I won’t mention the stylists name publicly. Shame on her and the manager on duty.

Just got my hair cut and highlighted today by Addison. Not only was she kind, friendly, talented and knowledgeable but she made me feel so good today. I hadn’t treated myself for a little while, and my hair needed some TLC. Thank you, Addison I will see you soon!!! Getting back into the swing of hair/me care is now something I want to do.

Aldina is a literal hair goddess. She’s being doing my hair since I moved to Erie and I will be continuing to follower in her new journey in Ohio. She is someone who cares about her clients and does whatever she can to make them feel amazing. She’s sweet, personal, and loves to get to know you and makes you feel completely comfortable during your visit. I would recommend my dear friend Aldina to anyone, not just because she’s my friend, but she’s amazing at her job and everyone deserves to feel the way she makes me feel after doing my hair. I will let no one else touch my hair except her.
